Best fan reactions to Steelers Super Bowl win

The draft is coming up and everybody is pulling out their mock drafts left and right.

Not us.

We know jack about who the Steelers are thinking about drafting and there’s no chance of us actually getting inside Kevin Colbert’s mind. All of the mock drafts are always completely wrong anyway.

So we decided to bask in some of the well-earned Super Bowl glory and search out the best reactions to Santonio Holmes’ dramatic TD in the corner of the endzone that perfect February evening.

These videos help us realize that we are not alone in our insanity.

We weren’t the only ones screaming incoherently with a Pittsburgh accent late that evening. We weren’t the only ones living and dying with each ensuing replay angle. And we weren’t the only ones hugging anybody within the tri-state area wearing black and gold.

People sometimes ask what Steeler Nation is. Show them these videos. We were one at the moment –  people from all different backgrounds and locations were a band of brothers.

It’s great to sit and relive that moment. It’s one of those places in time that I’m sure no Steeler fan will ever forget.

Some are understandbly NSFW (unless your boss is a Steeler fan.)

A personal favorite of mine…from Benedict College in SC…reactions to peace treaties aren’t this intense.

Lastly, this guy pretty closely mirrors my reaction…the cell phone call at the end is what sports are all about.
